CrossFit Masters and Teenage Semifinal Workouts Unveiled: Description, Tips & Scorecards Profile Picture

The highly anticipated Masters and Teenage CrossFit Semifinals have kicked off with the release of the challenging workouts for the competitors. Athletes from various age groups will be put to the test as they strive to complete four intense workouts over the span of five days.

Workout Details

The first two workouts will need to be submitted by 8:00pm Eastern Time on Saturday, May 11, while the remaining two workouts are due by 8:00pm Eastern Time on Monday, May 13. Here’s a breakdown of the four workouts:

Workout 1

For time:
– 50-calorie row
– 9 snatches, weights: 115 lb, 135 lb, 155 lb for females and 165 lb, 195 lb, 225 lb for males

Time cap: 20 minutes

Workout 2

As many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
– 50 double-unders
– 10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
– 10 box jumps
– 10 strict handstand push-ups

Workout 3

For time:
– 3-6-9-12 reps of front squats and muscle-ups

Time cap: 15 minutes

Workout 4

For time:
– 30 cleans
– 30 toes-to-bars
– 30 thrusters

Time cap: 10 minutes
