“2025 Wodapalooza Miami Online Qualifier: Week 1 Leaderboard Highlights and Upcoming Workouts”

Men’s Leaderboard Highlights

After the conclusion of Week 1 in the 2025 TYR Wodapalooza Miami online qualifier, Pedro Martins has claimed the top position. Martins previously faced a two-year suspension for a policy violation in 2022, which impacted his trajectory towards the CrossFit Games; however, he demonstrated that his supplement had been contaminated, leading to a reduced sanction that ended on June 12, 2024. As a seasoned athlete, he has also secured a spot in the upcoming 2024 Dubai Fitness Championship.

In the second spot, we have Nick Mathew, while George Sterner marks a noteworthy return to competition after stepping back following the 2019 CrossFit Games season. Jack Farlow has opted to coordinate his qualifier participation alongside a half marathon this weekend. Solid performances from veterans like Enrico Zenoni and Kaique Cerveny have them well-positioned in the top 20.

As we progress, a number of established Semifinal-level athletes are in pursuit of qualifying spots, while a few notable names are currently outside the qualifying marks. Illia Moskalenko, known for his impressive lifting capabilities showcased at the NorCal Classic, sits in 28th place, and Tanner Balazs from Crash Crucible follows closely at 30th. Ty Jenkins finds himself further back in 42nd place.
