The highly anticipated final workout for the 2025 CrossFit Open has been officially revealed, and it’s sure to challenge athletes with a mix of familiar movements. In this week’s announcement, Chicago Bears quarterback Tyson Bagent unveiled the final workout at CrossFit Spur in Glenmont, New York, located just a short distance from the MVP Arena, the host venue for the upcoming 2025 CrossFit Games.

This year’s closing workout, named 25.3, comprises a blend of rowing, deadlifts, wall walks, cleans, and snatches. Participants will have a total of 20 minutes to complete the following:

Weight Standards

For the weightlifting portions, the standards are as follows:

  • For women:
    • Deadlift: 155 lbs (70 kg)
    • Clean: 85 lbs (38 kg)
    • Snatch: 65 lbs (29 kg)
  • For men:
    • Deadlift: 225 lbs (102 kg)
    • Clean: 135 lbs (61 kg)
    • Snatch: 95 lbs (43 kg)
